Jordan’s fist independent, leading contact center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, Crystel, recently received a number of awards at two different ceremonies in Dubai during April and May: Genesys G-Summit Middle East and Insights Middle East’s Call Center 2016 Awards.
At the G-Summit Middle East at the Armani Hotel Dubai, Crystel was awarded the Best Use of Technology in Outsourcing of 2016 for its immeasurable improvements to its BPO services and solutions through its Genesys technology implementation. Similarly, at Insights Middle East’s Call Center 2016 Awards at the Crowne Plaza Dubai, Crystel was given an award for the Best Internally Developed Application and named the Best Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP)of 2016 in the medium category.
